Discover this remarkable kitchen extension and bathroom remodelling project in the heart of South East London.

Our team undertook a complete transformation, re-constructing the kitchen and main bathroom of a first-floor apartment entrusted to us by Michelle. Our mission was not only to deliver but to do so with style, and we’re proud to say that we’ve achieved just that.

The project involved a comprehensive overhaul, starting with the demolition of the roof. We installed a robust structural steel beam along the existing party wall, raising the wall’s height by a meter. The addition of a new roof and skylight flooded the kitchen with natural light, complemented by bespoke wooden French doors and Sash windows. The new kitchen boasts Carrara worktops from our partners at Jasper Alexander Kitchens, along with trendy tiles for the bathroom floor and walls.

The bathroom was relocated to the former kitchen area, receiving a stunning makeover. It’s a common occurrence in our projects to discover surprises, such as repurposing the ceiling joists when opening up the ceilings. This project also involved the installation of a new gas boiler, comprehensive plumbing, and rewiring the entire flat. To enhance the outdoor space, we added composite decking and a new fence for added privacy.
