Our London building company was awarded this contract to take advantage of a wasted garage without much use to the client. It involved removing a load-bearing wall, and some other stud walls for a kitchen remodel, creating an open-plan kitchen lounge taking advantage of the unused garage to turn this area into a nice open space full of natural light. By doing this, we had to re-plumb the new kitchen, new gas boiler installation (Vaillant 832) for improved hot water flow and re-wire the new kitchen area, not to forget the installation of a new bespoke kitchen and Quarts Worktop supplied by our friends at Jasper Alexander Kitchens. Last but not least, new engineered flooring and fire-rated ceilings. This home improvement and interior design building project made use of all the potential available for successful completion and a very happy customer.
