We begin with an introductory phone conversation to understand your project, aspirations, budget expectations and timelines. For suitable projects, we then arrange an initial consultation either remotely or on site to review feasibility, discuss the overall vision and assess whether we are the right fit for one another.
Once projects move beyond the initial consultation stage, we begin developing the project in greater detail. This may include feasibility discussions, budgeting, buildability reviews, design coordination and estimate preparation. Depending on project complexity, detailed consultations and estimate preparation may be subject to a fee, which may later be credited against the contract value upon appointment.
Once the scope of works, programme and agreements are finalised, construction begins. Through careful coordination, regular communication and structured project management, we guide the project from start to completion with clarity and attention to detail.
Upon completion, we carry out a final walkthrough to ensure all agreed works have been completed to the expected standard. We also remain available for aftercare support and any post-completion guidance required following handover.

We usually work from drawings or a reasonably clear brief. Where these are not yet available, our preferred Design & Build approach allows us to guide projects through an early pre-construction stage to help define the scope, budget expectations and overall build approach before moving into detailed estimating.
Costs vary depending on scope, structural requirements, materials and level of finish, although most of our projects typically begin from around £100k.
We’re always happy to discuss realistic options that align with your goals, budget expectations and the overall complexity of the project.
